Sun City Anthem in Henderson, Nevada is a master-planned community built by Del Webb. This 55 plus active adult community is perched in the foothills of the Black Mountains, about 800 feet above the valley floor. Del Webb was constructed Sun City Anthem between 1998 and 2008 with a total of 7,144 homes. Throughout the ten-year construction, Del Webb offered 31 different model builds for single-family and villa home models. All of the new construction homes have been sold but a continually changing assortment of resale homes are available for sale.
